The step-by-step admission procedure for foreign students
1. The Applicants should provide translated and authorized certificates:
Higher secondary education certificate which entitles for taking studies in Poland and
Bachelors degree certificate which entitles for master studies in Poland, or
Masters degree certificate which entitles for postgraduate studies in Poland.
2. The Applicants should fill up the application form (available at: and send it by e-mail foreign@sww.edu.pl and a signed hardcopy by fax and by post to the following address:

- Please note that submitting the application fee mentioned in the Letter of Acceptance and sending a hardcopy of bill of exchange, check or money order by fax is necessary to continue the procedure.
- Collegium Varsoviensis gives the Applicants a formal Letter of Acceptance which empowers for applying for the Polish visa (decision send individual to each Applicant).
- Afterwards the Applicant may obtain the Certificate given by the authorities of Collegium Varsoviensis.
- Eeach Applicant is obliged to pay all fees and charges mentioned in the Letter of Acceptance and send a hardcopy of bill of exchange, check or money order by fax.
- Each Applicant should apply for the students visa in Polish Embassy and make the travel arrangements.
- The learning process starts with 6 months/12 months preliminary language course in English/Polish. The course ends with a formal Exam and Certificate which entitles for taking studies on selected Faculty and course in Collegium Varsoviensis.
- According to the Rector's decision the abovementioned procedure might be slightly changed in case of particular circumstances.
